Emerald frequent flyers enjoy special checked baggage privileges on Oneworld airlines:
- Weight system: 20 kgs in addition to the ticketed-cabin allowance.
- Piece system: One additional bag for free.
Sapphire frequent flyers also enjoy special checked baggage privileges:
- Weight system (international or domestic itineraries): 15 kgs in addition to the ticketed Economy Class baggage allowance.
- Piece system (international itineraries including domestic sectors): One additional bag up to 23 kgs, up to a maximum of two pieces.
- Piece system (purely domestic itineraries with no ticketed baggage entitlement): One piece of checked baggage up to 23 kgs.
Note:
- Customers in First and Business Class often receive a greater free checked baggage allowance.
