Elite Plus Frequent Flyers enjoy benefits across all SkyTeam airlines. Tier levels recognize and reward the most frequent flyers with appropriate benefits.

Earning Miles
Once you’ve signed up, earning miles is simple. Provide your frequent flyer number when reserving or checking in on a qualifying SkyTeam flight, and your miles will be automatically credited to your account.*
To earn miles, both the airline listed on your ticket (marketing carrier) and the operating airline must be SkyTeam members, and your fare must qualify for earning miles. You can verify your eligibility and the number of miles you will earn on your frequent flyer program’s website.
Redeeming Miles
Members of any SkyTeam frequent flyer program can easily redeem their miles for an award ticket on any SkyTeam-operated flight worldwide. Only one reservation is needed, even when flying with multiple SkyTeam member airlines. To redeem miles, members should visit their frequent flyer program’s website or contact its customer service center.
It’s important to note that miles can only be redeemed through the member’s own frequent flyer program, not directly with the airline they wish to fly.
